Great ball for the 3rd goal too! Also, fair enough KO was on for the hat trick when he tried to chip keeper but Leon came into the camera shot so ball could have got squared for a tap in!
i think if he can play similar to last night consistently then we have no worry if brain leaves, maybe this was daveys intention all along
RE: We only had a 3 man midfield yesterday Sorry thought I had seen someone say we played 3 at the back. With regards accomodating Howard and Leon that would have to be a 5 man midfield with them both central. They both loose something from their game when out wide.
i'd love to see a 5 man midfield - it would make us hard to beat sort of like this: Anderson JCR Leon Howard Devaney Striker (With Pace)
i think howard will go in the summer no matter what league we are in so, looks good with leon player maker and anderson as the holding midfielder
we could then also use howards money to purchase a proven striker, i'd like to see earnshaw as much as i don't like him that boy knows were the goal is, and maybe a left winger
be good if we did that, we always spend around £100,000 on strikers and they turn out crap, the likes of stallard, tommy wright etc come to mind. We badly need a 20 goal a season striker!
