    Yes the son of Gus has had his contract at West Ham terminated by mutual consent, potentially our 4th CM? Played over 50 odd league games in Champ/League 1, still only 21 could be a good one

    Definitely, can only imagine his wages at West Ham were pretty decent though.

    He's always seemed an 'okay' player to me so I'd be fairly happy with that if he didnt demand much, with him being free. Wonder why they released him though if hes still young?

    Edit - Saying that I havent seen him play week in week out only odd few games and then highlights

    I thought of this when I saw he'd been released. I can't imagine Hecky thinks we can cope with only 3 central midfielders so hopefully someone like Poyet's lined up

    Good point. Seen him a few times and he looks like his best position is at the base of a diamond but he's young and could be moulded into something different. I'm sure he won't be short of offers with his Dad's connections. That said he did get a bad injury about a year ago.

    Yeah I think he will probably go for more money than we'd be willing to pay him.
