Difference between Champ and L1 fans

When we won well last year, most fans praised our team. When you look at forums this year it's all incredulity at how we managed to beat them and posting over why their players were so bad.

Probably better for us that they don't focus on our players...

The life of Barnsley:
L1:- big fish, small pond. Opposition faans focus is on players and teamwork.
Championship:- small fish, big pond. Focus is on how much players cost. Much more billy big club in championship.

 

Wasn't uncommon on here for our fans to be dismissive of teams last season

 

It's because there are thousands if not millions of football fans in this country that assume if their club has more money and fans than another that they should beat them. It's hilarious. We might as well not bother with any matches and just award points based on size
