I hope not. I'd rather send Jennings, Etuhu and Knight, go out on loan ahead of him bringing him back into the first team squad after he was excluded for doing absolutely nothing wrong. This is one of the main problems of Flitcroft building a 400 man squad, our youth players are suffering as they are being denied a chance because he's brought in an inferior army to replace them
Flicker alluded to it in a Radio Sheff interview. He mentioned that he's 'lost some intelligence' (is that actually possible? )
When was the last time we sent a young academy-bred youngster out on loan, and they came back a better player. I can't remember.......
If he were to go out on loan, I think we should hold all the cards: 1) The team he's going to has to play him for at least 60 minutes per game etc... 2) The style of the team has to be similar to ours. No point sending him to a team who play direct football.
oh dear, did you sit at the back in English lessons. however.. you have just told me the true level of your intelligence. I think you would perhaps sink in a bucket of Semen
Must have....read it again and can't see it....must start my 4 cans of Belgian Beer and then have another look?
Flitcroft has lost some intelligence? Maybe (if he lets him go). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Don't see the problem. Get him out to a decent footballing team such as Chesterfield/Rotherham/Rochdale...a good run of games under his belt and back to us sharpened up. Jobs a good un.
Digby was playing scrabble with Flicker and he could only get two and three letter words so he's sending him on loan....to Countdown
Rochdale would be a good shout, Keith Hill knows what he's all about and seemed to rate him when he was here.
Last time he played he was given a job and didn't do it. Not had a sniff since although may have had some injury issues. I think it's less of a risk sending him out on loan. Hopefully he'll do well and come back ready to slot in and play (that is if he can actually get into the squad since we'll be 10 games unbeaten by then!).
He was given a stupid job to do which nobody would have been able to do and which was going against all of his strengths. It was like sticking perkins up front and complaining when he didn't score.
I agree to a certain extent BUT he was trying to spray balls across the pitch and kept giving the ball away when we should have been keeping it tight. There's confidence and then there's naivety....
