digital photo help anybody?

    anybody know if theres a way/program for printing stills from a video shot on a digital camera,caught a cracking pike last week but its on video rather than still.

    Google 'free image capture' and you may get a free program for capturing anything showing on your screen. Then just freeze your DVD and capture the image. It will be a J Peg and quality is not over brilliant, but not bad.
