    I like this guy. I rated him highly too in his playing days. He talks a lot of sense, unlike some if the pundits.

    I assume just his voice, like why Roy Hodgson gets it, or as children call him - Woy.... Same with Collins here really, he apparently can't motivate a team due to his drab monotone voice.

    Personally I think he's incredibly dull and boring. He's definitely knowledgeable about the game, but his voice is a monotonous drone. It's like listening to a strimmer.
