Away bar at Walsall FC is trashed at Leeds game
The away bar at Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium was trashed during a pre-season match with Leeds United, police said today.

Shelves were smashed and ceiling panels damaged during half-time on Saturday.

Police say they believe the damage, which has run into hundreds of pounds, was caused by Leeds fans.

Walsall football policing officer, Pc Colin Barlow, said: “During half time the ceiling and shelving around the away bar was damaged. It is believed this will cost several hundreds of pounds to repair.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
