who cares.............. village pubs are shlte anyway.... and the fact that they are shutting regularly means that not only me thinks they are shlte, cos obviously no one is going in em. The town centre big chain pubs (walkabout etc) are doing ok so thats fine. The age of the village pub is dead.... old fashioned. don't worry tho..........jss is on offer at Morrisons.......... 36 cans for £20...................... bargain. hope this helps

Both the Dards and the pub in the Dorothy Hyman at Cudworth both shut recently Although the Hyman still does functions, it doesn't open every night as it used to, (The sports centre is still open though)
Yeah, right. Because the only reason you would go to a pub is to have an alcoholic drink. Not to meet friends, have a chat, meet someone you haven't seen in ages, community spirit etc etc. If there's one thing (apart from family and footy) that I miss from the U.K. it's the traditional British pub. Give me the Miner's at Old Town serving a decent pint at 3quid (sorry no pound sign on my keyboard) any time over the multitude of sports bars we have selling discofizz for twice the price over here. It's such a shame so many pubs are going / have gone under.
