Says who? So you would prefer Subjective judgements based only on watching a performance rather than and objective analysis based on both observation and relative measurement.
Took that from the FA "A" Licence Coaching notes I have. I could make it even more boring by pointing out the limitations of qualitative analysis: *Human memory * Passage of time. * Emotions. * Talking to other people. * Highlighting. * Personal bias ie. the Halo effect. Research carried out by by testing the memory of top Coaches show they were only 30-40% accurate in their recollection of key events. (shithappens)
If a top coach is only 30-40% accurate in their recollection of key events then does that mean that a crap coach like yourself is only about 10-20% accurate?
You stick to your statistics I'll just go to the matches and make my own mind up. I know who'll have more fun. It just football for fcuks sake.
I hope Discos not seen the rankings or he will be after a bigger contract.
Some of our players who were in the top 100 ie. Howard and Togwell, dropped out during the last month leaving only Disco and Colgan at 70 in the rankings. That surprised me a bit as we did well winning 3 of our last 4 games.
For all the stick Colgan gets he's done well to finish 70th.

Ooooo, thats not fair. Crap coach in deed.
I'm mortally offended now.
:'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Nothing wrong with doing that. I spectate myself when I'm watching the Reds. When I have done Individual player analysis this season I packed it in when it showed the player I was watching was in fact crap. Never managed to get past the 1st half to be honest.
