Yes, it was. But I'm struck by the way in which Denis Wise has seized the opportunity to take the moral high ground in the matter. Particularly when you consider Denis Wise was a thug as a player (leaving aside Bremner's own style of play) and that when it comes to vandalism and moronic behaviour Leeds fans are in a class of their own.

Dennis Wise - "I'd just like to say: ‘Up yours.’ " - Very nice and dignified Dennis, compare that with the response from the supporters club spokesman

got no sympathy with Leeds but................

not good for Hudds to say "its got nothing to do with us". They are your "fans", minority or not, no use burying your heads, the problem needs sorting.
Young Casuals FFS, sounds a bit (bummers)

Is bronze difficult to saw with an hacksaw

Say you were sawing a 6 inch piece of bronze with an hacksaw - how long would it take ?
And, what is half a ton of bronze worth, and where can I weigh it in if I came into such an amount ?

    Wise is one to talk....

.. especially when your take into consideration the taxi driver assault and Wise's 3month jail term.

    Once a thug........

23 years. I think that was on the Shawshank Redemption.

Half a ton of bronze would fetch about £4000.
