Divided fans by sacking Ritchie (when it should've been sorted in house long ago) Fans divided re Knight signing (Bad reputation -hope he proves me wrong) Bring in unproven juniors when we don't try our own McIndoe exit conveniently announced at end of day Oh, and no manager to speak of... Team spirit was our strength, two days & totally evaporated. Surely there was a better way than this? What Executive can't take aside his manager & iron out problems without a public slanging match? I hope the signings pay off I hope Macca does well for Wolves & we get a million BUT we will still have performed the most appaling public relations exercise with fans, would be mangers etc. Absolutely shambolic.
Intransigence cannot be ironed out If the beloved richtea had got his arse in gear in June/July/August we would not be where we are now.

This quality of which you speak Tommy Wright?
McParland?
Kyle Nix?
Vito Mannone?
Phyl Mulryn?
Danny Cadamateri?
need I go on?
All I know is that we needed to strengthen the squad in June/July/August/September/October and as far I as can see it was not even going to happen in November or December.

I remember when we last had a load of players all the same standard we went down. I would take quality over quantity , then thats just my opinion.
Ritchie was trying to unearth some diamonds.
That appears to me what we are trying to do with players we have signed this week.

Walwark, McCann? Hayes has hardly exhibited vast quantities of quality this season or last for that matter.
Remember he was signed as a striker.
Knight has a better scoring record than Hayes in this division and the ale house.

When will you get the point? Not about the sacking,it's not about the "beloved Rich Tea" it's about the abosolute amateurism of Bickering in public Dividing fans Treating fans like mugs Taking one step forward and 2 steps back Giving with one hand, taking with the other Offering contracts as a matter of urgency, refusing to talk about them. Sorry - I admire your faith in the "beloved board". I don't like slating them, but I just don't like the way they are doing things. All of this could have been sorted out properly - instead fans divided, team spirit down the chute, half a new team (great time to be settling in 50% of your team), the whole football world laughing at us. Just amateurish.
See above Not sure what's going on here, my posts are appearing all over the shop! 300 users that's what!!
Lets just wait and see ? No doubt if we win on saturday and the new guys shine then all will calm down.
Dont get me wrong I think things recently could have been handled better. But we do not know the whole story so theres no point in being too judgemental.
I do know had AR been allowed to continue without making signings and the results continued as they were then not only would we have had a divided club we would have slid back into league 1 without a whimper.
So lets just get behind the players we have and the new manager (whomever it may be) and hope we can turn around the current slide.
