    DJ Campbell is set to leave Queens Park Rangers in the next 48 hours, Rangers boss Harry Redknapp will allow the former Blackpool striker to leave Loftus Road after the signing of Marseille striker Loic Remy.

    Campbell scored 10 goals in 17 games during a prolific loan spell with Ipswich earlier this season.

    Could be a great signing if we could pull that off?

    Why do footy commentators always call him "DJ" Campbell? I believe his christian names are Dudley James.
    They dont refer to Wayne Rooney as "W" Rooney or Steven Gerrard as "S" Gerrard.

    They also refer to Christopher Dagnall as Chris, and Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite as Kaka. Maybe its just what they want to be called?

    Be an excellent loan signing for us but we don't get excellent loans on our budget so can't see it. With that scoring record surely Ipswich will want him back to play against us on saturday anyway?
