    Think he had some competition. Craig was excellent. And the number of times Cosgrove won the ball, flicked it on, held it up, laid it off... I've not seen a Barnsley centre forward do that for years.

    Matty Craig for me. He was absolute quality. Always available, bar one poor pass (which he rightly tried to rectify) he always picked the right pass. Never scared to get a foot in. Superb. DKD will rightly get the plaudits, he was fantastic in that first half, drifted through a lot of the second but when he got the ball he was always positive. Loved watching him. What happened to Connell? Was really good in that first half then the second half every pass just seemed to go astray and put us in trouble. 3 points well deserved IMO You Reds!

    We had some very good performances today but DKD deserved it in my opinion.

    When we were first linked with him I thought it would be a great fit for us. Then we signed him I said he would be a crowd favourite and I think that even more after today’s performance. Been crying for a player like him for years!

    You can tell Dkd has a proper football brain which is great to see he will definitely up our goal output with assists aswell as scoring himself
