Do people still think that the team dont want to play for davey...

...after yesterdays performance, as was suggested on here after the cardiff game? I thought the team looked like they were giving it a good go especially kozluck who allegedly is an enemy of davey.

davey is a power freak. when howard has gone, another player wil question the manager and he will be shown the door, until davey has a team of yes men who hang on his every word. very sad. we should send howard off with a big thank you and i will clap him at oakwel if he ever returns playing for whoever.

it is also the job of the club captain to take ownership of problems and try and sort them ie question the manager if need be. by questioning the manager and challenging him, davey has spat the dummy out, not for the first time. davey is young, inexperienced and will hopefully learn from his mistakes. people like kozluk are very experienced and should have a voice in the club, rather than a yes sir , no sir, three bags full sir attitude davey wants. ******

 

A manager who lets the players manage the team isn't doing his job IMO.</p>

Also, the break seems to have done Kozzie good judging by his performance t' other day.

mebbe the players actually do care and think that they owe it to the club and fans to give it their best whatever the situation. The whatever being a constant bemusal at being asked to play out of position and repetition of tactics that do not work for us and the management not being up to the job in hand, ie getting the best out of a farily talented squad.

Sorry Amos but Davey's duty is to guide/direct/advise and promote team work and skill so that they respond and function as a team. Not to tell in a manner which appears authoritative
because, that goes on only to ruffle feathers and it would seem that is what has been happening.It appears that Davey cannot help himself but to behave in the manner which
Reports suggest(such reports are hearsay however)If the reports are to be believed and he is throwing the dummy out of the pram when upset and thus uses his
position to assert predjudice/biasness/unfairness and sheer bullyboy tactic he should be hung drawn and quartered. If true,and I cannot confirm whether or not it is, the
man will carry his reputation around with him. He must,even for his own benefit,if reports are true, change his stance because there is a magical thing called the internet which
allows fans to talk to fans about individuals and chinese whispers my friend can destroy lives. This man needs to stand back and assess and question his own strengths and
weaknesses but do what is nesseccery to rid himself of the negetive aspects of his personality which influences his work.
