I have tried to remain more positive than most but even I had to groan when I read that one. After all that's been said and done this year they might at least acknowledge the fans' overwhelming scepticism at the club's current propensity to extend the squad (whoever is genuinely at fault). I can't believe that a single reader of the main site is gullible enough to just take that at face value.
