Would you trust it if we did? Cause I know I wouldn't! I buy tickets for sporting events in the US confident that the tickets will be at the venue for me to pick up, I buy concert tickets online without a problem…..but at the moment if BFC ran their own online ticketing I wouldn't trust it to not to completely screw up the transaction. This is an absolute joke, and don't even mention about short timescales - how come in the US for playoffs when there are best of 7 series they can sell tickets easily when theres only a couple of days notice that they know they'll be in it…..and they refund easily if the game doesn't take place (i.e. series over in less than 7 games)…..we haven't a feckin clue about customer service!
Yes but it isnt being used for this Not too surprising as tickets would either need to be mailed or printed for collection sorted and have someone to give them out on the night and both those require staff who are already rushed off their feet. Not sure a 4 hour queue for ticket collection at 6pm on thursday is a good thing
RE: Yes but it isnt being used for this i was thinking about next year - getting things changed , there must be a better method (think someone mentioned a swipe card before), could be cheaper also in the long term.
