My mate is an composer who does music for films and video games.
    His website is http://www.cphproductions.co.uk/
(It's a bit of a tricky design - there's a dropdown box top-centre of the page to get at the content)

It came to his attention that his website has been stolen and the text in the flash animation altered, to put someone else's name to his work.

    http://www.epicagemedia.cn/

I have never used Flash - how difficult is this to do? If someone were to use an embedded content downloader to steal the SWF file, can it be easily edited? Or would it require his FTP server to have been hacked to get at the content?

Does anyone have any adivce re:
    1. Getting the infringing site taken down and/or identifying the perpetrator.
    2. How this has been done and what could be done to prevent recurrence.

Cheers for any help you can offer
