Their is a lot of talk about the comings and goings to the playing staff. But the one addition Id like to seem is to the coaching staff.
I just feel that with the young and fairly inexperienced management team we have, we are crying out for an experienced head in their. They could add tacticall knowledge and also use their experience to mediate between Davey and his squad (if all the rumours regarding the fallings out are true) .
Dont get me wrong I think davey for his first full season is doing a great job, I dont always agree with his decisions but dont we all!!!

    discuss please....

He'd not be interested in investing in us, we aint high profile enough for him (even after the cup run)..............
Plus he wouldnt go to a club to play second fiddle to a young manager like Davey........
Think he'd be more interested in Mr Shephards job if owt!!!!!!!!

And he's hardly great at avoiding conflicts with players. Rumours up here said he had a training ground punch up with Alan Shearer as Souness had been picking on younger members of the squad.

NO, because I would always feel as if it was the other person making the decisions rather than Davey, he's been appointed to do a job, and he should be able to do it with his coaching team.

I agree its Davey and his staff or change the whole Manager and coaches. Davey and his staff have not done that bad this season.

Leave the staff to it. Asking for trouble bringing someone in that Davey doesn't choose. If SD wants to bring somebody in he will. I am sure he has mentors in the game, Moyes maybe, that he uses for advice when he feels he needs it.
