Mine is that I am never confident that I have cooked sausages properly, all the way through, particularly when I'm making them for the kids.

    What's yours?

Used to be date beyond sell by date but in recent years realised most things fine up to 2 days old and love heading for reduced sections in supermarkets and fill a basket

I'm freaked out by and scared of sponges, or more specifically the feeling of squeezing a sponge.

    1. Why do you have a fear of lists?
    2. When did it begin?
    3. How long does the list have to be?
    4. Do the lists have to be numbered?
    5. Are you scared yet?

Not a phobia, but I hate the feeling when you get when ripping cotton wool.

The feeling between the fingers is just not right.

Find myself going back to check that I've locked the car properly when I know it's quite secure.

Agree with ripping cotton wool. It doesn't bother me enough to not do it but it's a bizarre feeling. Same with touching cotton when your fingers are wrinkly from the bath. Makes me shudder, and makes my teeth/jaw feel weird.

Quite by coincidence but today my mate at work was on about a lad he used to work with that had an irrational phobia of odd numbers. They used to do things like turn the volume up to 23 on the TV and he kicked off (apparently). I've heard of a phobia of the number 13 but not of all odd numbers.
