    After Saturday I was hoping he got until . . . . errrrrr . . . . let's say Sunday. But I can't see it happening.

    Be realistic. He is a Manager who will bring the younsters through; futhermore the constraints of operating financially, as all clubs will have to do next season, has been in place since he arrived.

    On paper with the loanees we are as good as many in this league. It then only comes down to one man to get us organised and firing and thats Hill. Unfortunately he is failing miserably at the moment and the evidence of his inability at this level is becoming more and more apparent. He has no excuses any more as its all his team and has been for a while. Its down to his team selections and formations that are found wanting week after week after week. He is not up to the job and has to go and bloody soon!!!
