    owt abart driving licences?, i passed my test in 2005 but am wanting to hire a standard ford tranny van some websites say my cat B licence will hold me in good stead for a van/vehcle weighing up to 3.5 ton, but to be honast theres no clarity anywere. Ive just E-mailed DSA to see what they know about it.

    May be a problem then

    Most rental companies won't hire out vans or anything over a 1.2 to anyone under 23 or 25.

    If i baught one, and insured it, would my licence still be a problem do you know?

    yeah 3.5 ton av been told like but as i say am really unsure.
