I am getting a new PC in a couple of weeks which has a 3.2 ghz pentium D. I am led to believe this means Dual Processing????
Not being a Techy I haven't got a clue. All I know is the memory has 2 gb and should play FM2006 like leetnin?
Anybody else got one?

Yeah,,,,,, it has Duel Core which they claim is 2 processors on one chip both with a 2 meg cache. and it will play most things with ease but the biggest bonus is in the multitasking. Get plenty of memory this is sometimes more beneficial than a super duper processor. I used to take about 2 hrs plus to convert a couple of DivX files into DVD format, the new set up did 2 722 meg Divx files into a DVD in 1 hour 10 mins while i watched tellly on the PC and downloaded from the net as well as look in on here. What motherboard will it be on any idea ??? Igot the new Gigabyte with the 975 chipset and Crucial Ballistix ram, by actually putting the make of the Ram into the overclock facility (Micron, which is Crucial USA) the thing went from 3.2 to 3.8 and a bit it also claims to be able to hit 4 gig and remain stable, but that's a by the by as i put it back to normal running after i had tried it, plenty fast enough as it stands.
RE: Yeah,,,,,, it has So it should be **** hot then??
Its a deal at work which comes directly out of your wages. You get your tax back as it becomes tax returnable. I am paying 34 quid a month with a 19" TFT, the pC a printer/scanner with other add ons.
I'm looking forward to it coming as I'm currently on a Celeron DÂ (800 mhz) 512 Mb memory. Which is slower than Billy Ronson.
