Does anyone else think Ali Cook england opener is not up to it

    very rarely gets much, aussies always get him for very little. Only really gets runs against the lesser teams,

    he only seems ok against teams where he can play shots but hes not my idea of an opener ie one to see off the new ball

    think he'll come good eventually. still a very very young lad for an international opener. Straus has had his problems against the Aussies. as did Atherton. And Gooch had a very debateable start to test cricket.

    He seems to mention it at least twice a test match

    Mind you he does seem to have a point on this one :)
