    No, I can't drive. Not legally anyway. I'm on the scrounge on behalf of rescue group, whose Mitsubishi has finally died beyond repair.

    have you any funds at all?

    was thinking of Govt auctions, you can get ex military, council, local services vehicles, often for a song. Worth a thought.... BTW the going rate at a scrappy for a dead vehicle should be looked at, you may get a decent amount of coin to go towards a replacement vehicle. Maybe even approach the national lottery too.
