I am watching the Cov vs Newcastle game and have noticed the Ricoh Arena follows the trend of many new(ish) stadiums with three sides identical and one side of the ground slightly different, either 2 tiers or vip boxes for example.

I am thinking of Pride park, Stadium of light, Ricoh, The Riverside, KC stadium, Walkers Stadium.

Before you ask yes I am a bit bored. But I have wondered for ageswhy they designed something that looks either half arsed or half done.

If you look at the Ricoh from above, they have a massive arena stuck at the side of the stadium
