    it's a long story but....

    fell out with majority share holder, (i.e. the real owner who let me have a little bit to make me feel important and I fell for it and might have played it up a bit) in a fairly major way, left, found my own opportunity but Bank fairly unsupportive on loan structure, Mrs M1 then spent entire savings on Wedding, so now working for bank until

    a) can fund it myself

    b) can convince current Mrs M1 sell the house to start from scratch.

    still paying too much tax but at least I sleep at nights now.
