does anyone know how to change the size of saved pictures on computer?

    trying to create a theme for my phone, but the image size needs to be 240 x 320 pixels. does anyone know how i can edit some of my pictures iv saved to be this size in a simple easy to understand way as im quite thick with computers.

    if anyone has any ideas would you PM them me please

    Have you got Microsoft Office Picture Manager installed on your PC?

    If so, right click the picture and select 'open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager' then 'Edit Pictures' (Top left) and then choose 'Resize' from the menu on the right of the screen. You can choose which resolution you want.
