does anyone know how to download an iphone app from the USA apps store?

    Slightly strange problem - I use Audible quite a lot as I listen to books whilst driving or traveling on business
    I found I was listening to a series of books which has books 1 to 3 and then book 8 on the UK Audible site

    The Audible.com site has the full set.

    My Amazon account lets me sign in to the Audible.com site and I can set up a separate account - in fact I can get a free introductory book - I would be able to download it to my PC and play it no problem on my laptop but I want it on my iphone
    The Audible app I have is linked to Audible.co.uk and there is no way I can see to change it to download from the Audible.com website
    Anyone know how I can download the USA version from the US apps store?

    I know with Itunes on the PC I can switch to the US store but how do you switch the apps store on an iphone?

    (By the way I already contacted Audible UK about any solution and they weren't very helpful just suggested I wait until the books are available on the UK site but they have no idea if they ever will be)

    You don't need a different app , the audible app supports the us and uk sites (as well as Germany, France and Australia).

    You just need to change the marketplace in the app to .com. If it doesn't let you do it, delete it and download again, the front page has three options, new to audible, I already use audible, and at the bottom marketplace, you can change from .co.uk to .com (or .de, .fr or .co.au)

    Brilliant - never knew you could change the market place - just need to sign out and you can change it at the bottom.
