does anyone know of a website that exists

    where you can post some building work that you need doing - ie a 10x10 room needs tiling or a whole house needs rewiring etc and then you let tradesmen or women, could be a woman, bid on the job. the person who posts it can choose the bid they wish. bit like ebay.

    setting up a website to that effect - where feedback could be used etc. anyone think its a decent idea, would you use it?

    obviously the same principle can be used for sexual services but that will be my next project.

    I think you'd struggle to get anyone to give you a serious estimate on a job they didn't come out to see mate.
