    Realplayer if you have it?</p>

    If not...I'm not sure...I know of sites to grab the audio (i.e. to mp3 format) but otherwise, can't really help much</p>

    If you use Firefox then get the Download Helper plugin. Any page with a video on, you can select the icon and download the file to your PC.

    And it's FREE ;)
