No, I always thought Hatton would lose to Mayweather. Clinton Woods didn't show what he can do on the night and got a bit of a boxing lesson from Tarver.

Hopkins will not be able to deal with Calzaghe's speed if he was fighting a Bernard Hopkins as he was 10 years ago the fight would have been closer than I see it being tomorrow .

I’m that confident of a Calzaghe win I’m going to put £30 on Calzaghe winning by K.O n the 7th round at 20/1 with skybet. I'll be £630 better off if that happens.

    Hopkins Hasn't Ever Been Stopped...........

but I still think a tenner at 4/1 on him being stopped is great value. Joe will not mess up his big American debut and I don't think old man Hopkins (with his 4 defeats behind him) will even look like winning.

Hopkins beat Tarver last time out

Beaten 3 lefthanders on the trot too,
Calzaghe is no spring chicken either, he does not punch as hard as he did in the past and he throws a lot of illegal slapping punches, which he wont be able to get away with tomorrow.

That's definately true, and even in his most dominant displays he has struggled to produce that knock out power. Hopkins will always have one punch knock out power. There could be an upset.

    Can't see Calzaghe losing.

    I've got 6-1 for a knock out, but I don't think he'll stop him.

Calzaghe's defence is probably too good. That **** Frank Warren will never put Calzaghe in against a fighter who is genuinely likely to turn him over.

Agreed there, but Joe cannot rely on the ref allowing him to slap his punches, he is said to throw about 1000 a round, but 50% of those are illegal.

Who would you put him in the ring with? The light heavyweight division is very weak (as proved by Clinton Woods being a champion for so long).
