if you dont know what it is try typing skype in google it is a good programe better than MSN or Yahoo or pal talk go on Try it SKYPE
I do sometimes. A mate of mine also uses to talk to his cousin in Australia for nowt. You can also call normal landline numbers but you have to pay. Only something like 0.012p per minute for popular destinations. More ofr mobiles.
