Does our Simon need some help?

I've always backed our Simon, he has kept us the Championship three years running, we have been to an FA cup semi-final, we have some really good players.

But my backing, like Patrick Crynes is slipping. He does not seem to be developing.

Could it be that he needs somebody with a lot of experience, who he respects, who can tell him when he is making a mess of it. The current backroom staff do not have any, Ryan Kidd I don't think contributes much.

Perhaps somebody like Dave Bassett or somebody similar can come in and give us some direction, I'd welcome suggestions. Lennie Lawrence came in at Bristol Rovers to help Paul Trollope, and it seems to work.

I don't think Davey has to go, but something has to change, we can't have another season like this one.

 

Yes is the answer to that.... not a yes man... someone to say.... Simon... this needs to change... and change it NOW....
