Trying to come up with a few points to make people aware of my illness and also to encourage them to become ORGAN DONORS. <big>Cystinosis is a disease that primarily affects children. Approximately 2000 sufferers Worldwide—150 in the UK. It causes damage to the kidneys, eyes, muscles, pancreas and brain. There is no cure but the disease can be slowed through medication. End stage Renal Failure usually occurs anytime from 9 years onwards and dialysis/kidney transplant is required. There are more people waiting for organ transplants than there are Donors. I think that sounds good actually Laura. Only thing I'd consider changing is at the end, where it says 'COULD YOU...' - I might consider 'WOULD YOU...', because we all 'could', but the problem is that not enough people 'would'. It's a bit of a picky change though, and I think it sounds equally as good as it is - very punchy. Why did you change your bbs name? Have I missed something?
Thank you for the feedback. I changed my name because I felt awkward being called Baby now I'm a teenager. I know it's only a bit of fun but wanted to grow up a bit. Also it means that people on here don't have to keep toning everything down thinking they are talking to a little girl
