Can actually be worse. Will show up the flaws and imperfections chronically.

Can't hardly watch VHS on mine now. How did we ever do with VHS?

I have a lot of old video tapes to transfer to dvd which i am doing with a lot of success so far, contemplating getting a 1080p tv soon, maybe not until i have finished moving the videos across, for anybody with any interest using a svhs vcr with dnr and tbc, working a treat so far.

Does it improve the colour on a 1080 tv? I have read that try to transfer on a small tv screen if you can
