this woman is having to appear in court for trying to get her son into a good school, whilst MP's can defraud us all in expenses claims and simply say 'it was within the rules', YES, the rules that these theiving, cheating barstewards decided upon themselves!!!!!!!!!!!

sack the lot of em, even if there is the odd honest one!!!

    Not really

If you lie and get caught out, the consequences are usually prosecution.

It's not just her needs and her wish to have a good school for her kid - commendable as it is, there are other losers in this too.

Put it this way - if your kid was turned down at your local school because it was over subscribed, and you found out that people from outside the area had got their kids in by giving false addresses, wouldwefeel so forgiving? Chances are that would be no. We would probably be so mad we'd be saying there should be a law against it. Well, now there is.

MPs expenses are a different matter. They should indeed be dealt with harshly.

I've had a dee-dah skin-head this morning, pin me in with his car on a side street, he got out the car, swearing, started bashing mi windows and mirrors. Though he wor gonna kill me.

Reported to police - result, Barnsley nick to make a "formal complaint".

    FFS...

He also had his elderly mother in thecar with him. Says a lot about the mentality of these "people."

Wonder what would happen if I wor an MP...

The MP's are a disgrace and should be dealt with as criminals but their stealing cannot be used to counter the case of this woman. She lied and has been caught out however her reasons for lying seem to me to be purely to give her kid the best chance in life and that should be taken into consideration.

The fact that MP's are getting away with what they have done because it is within the rules is a very sick joke at our expense.
