Now plays in the third tier of German football.

I thought he was much better than that? Compared to the English league system surely this must be like playing in the Conference North or something. From what I saw of him he's much better than that.

I would imagine the third tier of German football is of a very similar standard to the third tier of English football. League 1 standard is about right for Werling from what I saw.

    Me too

He could kick the ball really hard though.

Actually, **** is a bit harsh as he had a few good games, but he had many more poor ones.

    yeah maybe a bit harsh

But sometimes you have to over stress your point on here due to the fact that some posters have not gota clue about associationfootball.

You are right he could kick the ball like Jonny Metgod which means he was worth 10 million pounds.

The Wolves game at home last season

I thought he was fantastic down the left hand side, I think Devaney was on the left hand side has well. Werling kept making these overlapping runs before sticking a good cross into the box - it was the speed at which this all happened that made it so effective.

It wasn't long after that he left the club which I thought was weird as he seemed to look better each time he played...i wasn't his biggest fan when he first arrived. He seemed to look quick without actually being quick, was never really a good defender and his goal celebrations were a bit tw@tty

He's a very poor player. Doesn't have any defensive ability, and he's certainly not the most gifted going forward.
