Doncaster Council in getting it right shocker...Recycling related

Given numerous persons complaints re the bin system in Tarn, I think I should mention that under DMBC, a generally acknowledged woeful council, the black bin and green box and blue bag are collected every week.

You can put paper,card and textiles in the blue bag, glass,plastics and cans in the green box (and garden waste I think) and owt left in the usual bin

It works well,blue bag and green box usually full and black bin always half empty. Why don't BMBC do the same?
