At a guess, every game he's seen us win has been "lucky, and crappy", and every game where we've drawn and lost has been because of "our clueless manager"

As a matter of fact, i have seen every home game this season and we have been lucky to get points in those games on numerous occasions.

I personally don't think that we will go up because of the managers short comings. The tactics and formation against Southend in the second half were a disgrace and we were lucky not to lose that!!!!

Play offs probably but we can forget winning the first leg unless he does an Oldham and changes the tactics if they aren't working!!!

The formation which we've used all season you mean?

    What's wrong with 4-4-2 like?

And our manager often changes tactics when things are going wrong.

    Wrong!!

The only time this season that he has drastically changed the formation was the second half against Oldham, make no mistake, that is what got the 3-0 win!!

Against Southend in the second half it was obvious that we were been overrun in midfield and that Wright needed to be subbed, but no he waits until his usual 20 minutes to the end and then does a straiht swapped with Hayes for Wright.

It was a joke and we were lucky to get a point!!!!

    Wrong

Hayes came on for Devaney on the left wing - how's that a straight swap for Wright?

You like exclamation marks don't you? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    RE: Wrong

Whatever, he should have gone to 3-5-2 and packed the midfield and give McPhail more room and time on the ball, that would have shored things up and probably got us the win.

Hayes on the wing was a joke decision anyway!!

Yes i do like my exclamation marks, have you got a problem with that???

    Oh of course

He should used a new formation mid-way through a game that the players haven't played all season.

    What a brilliant idea.

    GUARANTEED to work eh?

    worked against Oldham didn't it!!!

It wasn't down to the formation.

The two goals came from a fluke and a superb shot. Eastwood should have been closed down - I'd been saying it all game - but that's nothing to do with tactics or formation.

Fatigue set in a little towards the end after the game on Saturday.
