    I'm not sure how they worked it out? I can think of several places in Yorkshire that are worse!

    Knottingley
    Castleford
    Rotherham
    Thorne
    Grimsby (I think it was generalised in North Lincs)

    The list goes on and on and on.................

    Good job it weren't based on Town centres, cause ours (Barnsley) is a total **** hole to put it mildly....
    I'd put us top on that score....

    Its about time summat was done and quick, god knows what lasting impression anyone visiting for the first time leaves with?....

    I know what you mean. Not often i'm there thankfully mate. Last time was before setting off to Charlton and time before that was my birthday. Didn't enjoy either time too much haha. Oakwell is all that's needed (Y) (Y) (Y) The other week Huddersfield was voted 7th best town and I can see why. Our town centre is really smart, with decent buildings now millions have been spent on it (Y) (Y) (Y)

    Oh donny aint that bad, certainly not worse than rotherham or sheffield. Some of these things they do are very **** & bull. Nevertheless, at least I can't get called dingle anymore.

    Last nights Location X3 was on the Best and Worst towns in the UK.

    How come the Mirrors article chose to highlight the worst towns only and give no mention to the best ares.

    Negative journalism designed to cause a fuss.
