Looking at those stands in the old pictures when they're full makes me a bit sad though.

When we were in the Prem Hull, Brighton, Cardiff and Swansea were all in the bottom 5 in division 4.

But they're all City clubs, with large catchment areas.

I'm not fussed what division we are in, although I'd like us as high as possible.

I just get the feeling that we're heading for some dark dark days should we be relegated. Some ominous noises coming out of BFC right now.



Could be worse though, could be Sheff Utd, Leeds or Wednesday.

Thats true, but their attendances were about 3,000 back then while ours were 18,000~

I'm nervous that if we go down, we'll lose our better players and not bounce straight back.

The club does not need to be in that division for more than one season otherwise things could go tits up big time.

I'll still be there like.

But I'm willing to shoulder the responsibility without complaining too much.

 

We go down, and we'll be selling (cut-price) Mellis, Daws, Perks, Daggers etc. No contracts for Steele, Bob, Foz etc.

We'll have a really young team, backed up with veteran League Two players. The 2013 versions of Gibbs, Bedeau, Betsy and Flynn.

We'll probably not have Flitcroft, either.

It will be a reight laugh. Can't wait!
