We did not disrespect doncaster after our defeat we merely thought we were hard done to by the ref in a game we dearly wanted to win.

Any disrespect to donny was as a result of gloating arrogant doncaster supporters.

Not one donny fan has even given the slightest inclin that the fact we had only nine men when you beat us on saturday had anything to do with the result.

You have been far from gratious in victory.

We care not one jot for doncaster or its supporters, only for our own club.

1. General opinion from the realists amongst us is that 1 red definite, 75% 2nd red with 2 possible additional reds bottled by the ref ! Granted the ref was n’t good but equally bad for both sides. We all know the problem, your team lost control, I think your manager eventually admitted this !

2. OK not much recognition from donny fans granted but obviously a direct reaction from your constant unsporting reaction following the 1st sending off (and 1st goal) right up to Monday night on radio deedah. If its any consolation , yes you battled tremendously, but at the end of the day you have to score

Mate, you're offering an opinion and one that is taking great pleasure in putting Barnsley down. Those aren't facts and that is gloating. Hey, if that's your bag then do carry on, I hope it puts blood in it for you, but don't pretend to be anything other than an opposition fan giving a biased point of view.

You want my opinion of the match? Both sendings off were debatable. Could have gone either way, but our players were at fault for putting the ref in a position to make a decision. We made a game of it, but in the end the team that did what a football team is supposed to do, score goals and prevent the opposition from scoring goals, won. We lost a game of football; we'll do it many, many more times in my lifetime. I was over it after the first beer hit the back of my throat on Saturday. Same can't be said for many of your fans though who are still on here dissecting the game days after the event. And until I'm doing the same and invading your message boards please don't accuse me of moaning on about it. To date we’ve had hundreds of Donny fans on here blaming Barnsley for everything from bringing the game into disrepute to causing hurricane Katrina and to be honest it’s getting very boring. You won, enjoy it.

 

As you're attempting to take the intellectual high ground:

It's "we're playing at the same level" not "were playing at the same level"
It's "you're not some high flying team" not "your not some high flying team"
Your means belonging to you. You're means you are.

A little work on apostrophes wouldn't go a miss. And if you're attempting to belittle the writing of another please make sure your own work is not littered with mistakes. Otherwise, it sort of makes you look a bit of a fool.

Its obvious my opinion is gonna be more donny biased than yours, and I will argue that you lot have made more of this than us particularly with your managers comments (some appear to have been retracted since !) I don’t have a problem with your post, everything I’d expect from a Barnsley Fan and in general I agree. I’ve responded tonite to some pretty piss poor posts

i couldnt give a toss what happens to donny be it good bad or indifferent, but when you got promoted i was genuinley pleased for you, because you have had it rougher than most clubs over the last few years but now you are on the up and good luck to you,as for ourselves we are experiencing our own ***** patch caused by mismanagement on and off the field for the past 5 years or so but eventually(i hope)we will come out of it,we barnsley fans are painfully aware of where we are at this moment,most of us dont think we are bigger or better than donny,but lets be honest the mudslinging was started by donny fans coming on OUR board on friday afternoon giving it the big un and after the game on saturday they upt the ante ,and like most fans of all clubs if we are baited and insulted, we will respond in kind.i probably aint made much sense but its just my point of view like, ff
