Respect to your supporters for todays game. I've got a season ticket in the upper Barclay just to the right of the away fans, and your lads did you proud today. Even what we saw on the pitch wasn't bad for the most part. Playing that sort of football you'll get something against 90% of teams in this league. Just unlucky for you that Huckerby and Croft were on fire, and when Doherty has a game like that you're going to win nothing in the air. Apologies for the "We were there when you went down" songs, I thought that was a bit out of order. Special mention to the fat bloke who gleefully bared his ample belly in response to the "You fat b%st*rd" chants.
cheers mate..every 'away' fan thats been on here so far has said the same...so if you guys are seeing something oviously the knockers on here are wrong..WE WILL STOP UP
RE: If thats for me...........yes......and if its a genuine post.....i feel better No I just pretend to support Norwich and make up stuff on messageboards about it
RE: Nudger is the bringer of doom We've got multiple doom merchants sadly Last season it seemed like only me and a couple of others still had a grip on reality. It was a disappointing season, but having just been relegated from the Prem I fully expected it to be - seems like everyone else thought we'd be promoted just after Christmas and be crowned champions in February, Comparing this season (although its early days) its like chalk and cheese. Last season the atmosphere was so bad the fans were cheering away goals in the hope it meant the manager was one step closer to being sacked. I felt sorry for the bloke, he took us to the payoff final, got us promoted as champions, kept us in the Premiership 'till the last game and he's not allowed one indifferent season? I'm so glad we kept him and gave him the chance to put things right, too many clubs swap managers every other season and end up going nowhere.
RE: Nudger is the bringer of doom Tell us about it mate, we were averaging more than one a season (Manager) for god knows how many years, but strangely enough every time the doom merchants hounded one out things got worse, not better! Who'd a' thought it? And now we've got one who's stabilised the club, taken us in to the Championship and got us playing our best football for years, and still some people are not satisfied. You wonder why they bother - though to be fair, it's because they're bothered that they come on here in the first place! I'll shut up, I'm starting to dribble...
