dont believe this one then,High bridge decker,low bridge

OH yes,at darfield there used to be a low bridge,i have actually driven a High bridge decker un der that bridge,No trouble at all.........here is how.......when we did our night shift,and had to move buses fro Barnsley to Donny depot,we would take a High Bridge decker,some one would go in front,and stop any traffic,on the goldthorpe side, we would take the bus right over to the right hand side going to Donny,and the bus just went under without touching,dont ask me who worked that one out....Dont tell any one,i told yer.....

 

RE: one of the most horrible things,i saw,on Night shift

yes,taking a Bus to Huddersfield depot,
a row of terraced houses near the depot,after midnight,just on house lit,you could not miss the sight,
of this chap beating his wife up,you could hear the blows,and a child screaming..i wil never forget that sight............Why im telling you all tis ...sorry,i dont know...........
