RE: but. it does if you're over 21. I thought if you played for under 18's or any youth side then you could change national teams as long as you were under 21. If you're over 21, like bri howard, then you can't change. Almunia has never played for Spain at any level, so can still choose which national team, as long as he is able to play for them obviously.
