Dont know if its me but I can't say I'm impressed by some these supposedly fantastic sales offers

    been thinking of changing the tv for a flat screen LCD and so far all the ones I've looked at just do not seem like genuine offers in that the so called sale prices have been available at other outlets for a while or are more reductions on the RRP etc. Like I say it might be me that was hoping for more but it des seem like a lot of press hype

    Everyone started their sales 6 months ago

    so you cant base the prices just before xmas and now. The prices have massively come down from this time last year.

    Like half the population I got the LG 47000 from Curries

    £999 down to £549 - I'm very impressed with it, beautiful picture, pity there's no sky remote code for it yet though!

    Also got a cooker hood reduced from &pound;349 to &pound;149.
