I drive to Sheffield on a regular basis, past Hillsborough, to the DVLA offices, and let me tell you there's nothing to be proud of if you live in Sheffield, a seedier city would be hard to find, compared with Leeds where architecture and culture abound, Sheffield is and always will be a sleazy, filthy and humourless city, you ought to thank the good lord himself for making you a Barnsley lad. **** em.

I used to live right behind the kop at Hillsborough

Literally spitting distance, and I did, that's why they put the roof on it!

Best moment of my 4 years there was the penalty shoot out win in the zds trophy or whatever it was called then, worst part was getting threats and verbal abuse from drunken scousers pi55ing in my front garden just before they went to murder their fellow fans in the Leppings Lane end.

I work in Sheff City centre

It's a right dump, loads of ugly concrete buildings and it never seems to be finished. The area down near the courts is the worst

I nearly bought a house down than way. I couldn't stand waking up with that behind me so didn't buy it.

I saw you some weeks back in the train station waiting for the Sheff train

I couldn't come over for a word as you were stood right next to the Accused, i was on Jury service and he was from Carlton. And then when you jumped on the train you were still next to him, first thing you'd have asked was what i was doing going to Sheff. He probably recognised me too.

    I wasn't being rude, honest.
