I thought i should share, my 14 year old son who has only left his bedroom twice in the last week to go to the Bolton and Coventy games has tested positive for Covid. He is fine with mild symptoms, myself and my wife both double jabbed have tested negative. I will test daily up until my son passes his 10 day isolation period. He has to have caught it at the Bolton game as at Oakwell we kept apart from most people, at Bolton it was ridiculous trying to get through the concourse and smokers alley., its just a reminder to everyone to stay safe. He has to miss this tuesday night and is gutted.
He is fine thankyou, it was just a shock typical teenager doesnt come out of his bedroom other than to watch the reds, never caught it when he was at school and he is gutted that he catches it during school holidays and cant get no time off. I just wanted to remind people to be careful at football cos it is still here and spreading and i cant think of anywhere else he had been other than Bolton match where he could have caught it.
