Needed Photoshop Elements for PC Adobe price was £75 Amazon are selling second hand (legitimate new with serial numbers but no manual or updates for £27

Also the following link is an Amazon supplier site with very low cost software, again has to be fully legal with Amazon.

The site below also has a free download for catching Youtube videos, it works I tried it.

Why is the software so cheap?
The software is a copy on cd-r/dvd-r, it does not include a box or licence. It is the full version including activation instructions. The software can be a backup of the original, a replacement or for evaluation.</p>

They're doing that on a lot of games now. Instead of buying a physical copy (CD/DVD) you pay for the download &amp; serial key.</p>
