When, except for the Wilson era has stability worked for this club?

Remember the Machin and Illey years.

    Ritchie is no Wilson.

Wilson, when he had the opportunity to bring in better players than what we had , did so. He didn't need to tell us he would have a chat with the coaching staff before he made a decision on anything.

He got us promoted by keeping the quality players we had in the squad and bringing in better players to replace the weakest links. Ritchie has failed to do this and so has his coaching staff.

Wilson hasn't had half the resources that Ritchie has had to play with.

Wilson wouldn't be trying to be best mates with the team or continueing to play players who fire blanks week in week out. I know he would have strenghend the team for the promotion push not let it weaken like Ritchie has.

Are my headlights on you? This strange fixation brought about through a desire to bait. Very poor attempt.
Go on, have a stab at the play-offs. More misery I suspect though I won't laugh this time. Honest. :pff

Did he not have £200k at his disposal recently?

I do believe we also got money from when he sold our top performing midfielder this season. I wouldn't call £200k+ having "**** all resources FFS". In fact hasnt our chairman stated that the manager turned down the chance to sign players?

    yeah you tell him

I'd hate to be 6 points clear in an automatic promotion spot looking at the premiership when I could have just slipped out of the play-offs in division 3.

    "top performing midfielder"

Disagree with that, Howard has come in and performed much better and scored more.

I agree that we should have signed a striker and a defender in January but I'm sure Ritchie will learn from not doing that, all managers cant be perfect and get everything spot on.
